Bill Pay Refund Policy

If you pay the balance on your account using your credit card on this online portal and we find that you are due a refund, we will issue a refund to the credit/debit card that was used to make the online payment. Refund may result from the following:
  • Overpayment was received
  • Duplicate payment was received
  • The balance on the account was paid by an insurance carrier
  • There has been a charge correction made on your acount
If you require assistance with what your believe to be an over-payment please contact our Patient Accounts Department at (970) 569-7400. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing the refund request.
