    About the opportunity:<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \n

    As a Cath Lab RN, you\u2019ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional cardiovascular care across diagnostic and interventional procedures. You\u2019ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while functioning confidently in a dynamic, high\u2011risk environment.
    You\u2019ll work independently with limited supervision, collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and help advance best practices through education, quality initiatives, and mentorship.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

    What you will do:<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Works within a team environment with individuals having similar abilities and responsibilities.<\/li>\n
    2. Handles emergency situations during high-risk procedures with calm professional demeanor.<\/li>\n
    3. Demonstrates good communication skills and ability to teach patients while providing a calming effect with patients and families.<\/li>\n
    4. Functions in the role of scrub, circulator or monitor technician on a rotating basis. Completes all functions of each role with regard to patient safety and adherence to infection control practices.<\/li>\n
    5. Participates in \u201con-call\u201d responsibilities and responds when required within 30 minutes.<\/li>\n
    6. Demonstrates knowledge and competence in basic invasive cardiovascular technology.<\/li>\n
    7. Prepares and operates sophisticated radiographic equipment including x-ray table, camera, video recorders, ultrasound machine and pressure injectors safely.<\/li>\n
    8. Assists with quality assurance or performance projects as directed.<\/li>\n
    9. Assists with determining educational needs of the staff. Communicates with the Manager and assists in the development and training of fellow staff members.<\/li>\n
    10. Models the principles of a Just Culture and Organizational Values.<\/li>\n
    11. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      What You’ll Need:<\/strong><\/div>\n

      Experience<\/strong><\/p>\n

        \n
      • 2+ years of Cath Lab RN experience (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Licensure<\/strong><\/p>\n

        • Active RN license in Colorado or a valid compact state<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          Certifications<\/strong><\/p>\n

            \n
          • BLS (required)<\/li>\n
          • ACLS (required)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Education<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Associate Degree in Nursing (minimum)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n

              • Working knowledge of invasive cardiovascular technology<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
