    ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    Performs diagnostic examinations, ensures image quality, patient safety, radiation safety, and patient and physician satisfaction.<\/div>\n
    \u00a0<\/div>\n
    WHAT YOU WILL DO:\u00a0<\/strong><\/div>\n
      \n
    1. Performs all radiographic examinations according to Vail Health Protocols.<\/li>\n
    2. Assists Radiologist with all fluoroscopic procedures.<\/li>\n
    3. Operates large C-arm and O-arm under the direction of the surgeon.<\/li>\n
    4. Identifies each patient and reviews exam order for consistency of examination ordered with clinical diagnosis. Reviews consistency of all demographic information including physician\u2019s name and signature, patient\u2019s name, and date.<\/li>\n
    5. Maintains constructive collaborative communication with patients, families, physicians, co-workers, and other members of health care team to contribute to continuity of care.<\/li>\n
    6. Maintains established department policies and procedures, objectives, confidentiality, quality assurance, safety, environmental standards, radiation protection standards, infection control standards, and universal precautions.<\/li>\n
    7. Maintains working knowledge and use of the Vail Health HIS and PACS computer systems to ensure quality patient documentation.<\/li>\n
    8. Monitor supply inventory and notify appropriate staff for ordering when stock is low. Keep exam and dressing rooms stocked and neat.<\/li>\n
    9. Role models the principles of a Just Culture.<\/li>\n
    10. Performs other duties as assigned. Must be HIPAA compliant.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT<\/span>).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n
          Certification(s):<\/strong><\/div>\n

          • Basic Life Support (BLS<\/span>) required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

            Computer \/ Typing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

              \n
            • Must possess, or be able to obtain within 90 days, the computers skills necessary to complete online learning requirements for job-specific competencies, access online forms and policies, complete online benefits enrollment, etc.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              <\/strong>Must have working knowledge of the English language, including reading, writing, and speaking English.<\/strong><\/p>\n
