Bill Pay Refund Policy
If you use a credit card to pay the balance on your account via this online portal and we find that you are due a refund, we will issue a refund to the credit/debit card that was used to make the online payment. Refund may result from the following:
- Overpayment was received
- Duplicate payment was received
- The balance on the account was paid by an insurance carrier
- There has been a charge correction made on your account
If you require assistance with what you believe to be an over-payment please contact our Patient Accounts Department at (970) 569-7400. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing the refund request.
